Is it possible to hack/alter a PS3 first person shooter video game to enable a head shot every time?

(no offense) your stupid if you say or think "no", just really really really un imaginably stupid. You can find hacks/mods online for things like that most of them for MW2 or COD 5 WaW. If you cant find a pre-made mod, then there is certain software you can buy to create your own mods. And by the way, to the other people who answered it not cheating its modifying. To do certain mods you must download them form the internet most are RAR. files so if on a Mac UnRarX is a good program,if on a PC WinRAR or 7zip is good. After you extract the file, put it on your Flash Drive, then put it on your system. Hope this helps!
